UPDATE: Contrary to commercial players such as Advanced Semiconductor Materials Lithography (ASML), which favours reducing the size of chip-making machines for export, the Chinese project aims to localise manufacturing by building a colossal factory housing multiple lithography machines around a single accelerator.
